Nakcuci offers two login options — a Malaysian phone number or a registered email address. Most members prefer their phone number as it's easier to remember. Use whichever you provided during registration. If you registered with phone number +601X-XXXXXXX, make sure you enter it in a consistent format.
Forgot Password — What You Need to Do
This is a very common situation and nakcuci provides a simple password reset process. Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page, enter your registered phone number or email, and you will receive a reset code via SMS or email. The code is only valid for 10 minutes, so make sure you use it promptly.
Most importantly — do not create a new account if you forget your password. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of nakcuci's policy and may result in all accounts being suspended. A password reset is the correct approach and takes less than 3 minutes.
Common Login Issues
If you are experiencing issues when logging in, here are the most common causes and how to resolve them:
- Incorrect password — Make sure Caps Lock is off. nakcuci passwords are case-sensitive. Try retyping your password carefully.
- Account temporarily suspended — After several consecutive incorrect password attempts, your account will be temporarily suspended for 15–30 minutes as a security measure. Wait a moment before trying again.
- OTP code not received — Ensure your phone number has good network coverage. OTP codes are sent via SMS. If you still haven't received it after 2 minutes, request a new code or contact support.
- Browser issue — Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or log in using a different browser or device. Sometimes outdated cache data can cause display issues.
Mobile Login
The nakcuci platform is fully optimized for mobile use. You can log in directly through your smartphone browser — Chrome, Safari, or Firefox — without downloading any app. The login page is responsively designed and works smoothly on screens from 320px and above.

What Happens If Your Account Is Inactive for a Long Time?
A nakcuci account that shows no activity — login, deposit, or wagering — for 90 consecutive days is classified as inactive. The balance in an inactive account remains safe and will not be removed, but pending bonuses may expire according to the terms set out in their respective bonus terms.
