1Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

5Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawal of funds from your nakcuci account is subject to the following conditions and procedures:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

• Withdrawal processing times depend on membership tier and chosen method. Standard: within 24 hours; Silver: within 12 hours; Gold: within 6 hours; Platinum VIP: within 2 hours.
• Winnings from bonuses with outstanding wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully met.

6Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by nakcuci are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms as follows:

• Each bonus has a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. The rollover rate is stated in the terms of each promotion.
• First deposit bonuses and current promotions are generally required to be used within the stated validity period. Bonuses that expire unused will be automatically cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nakcuci platform and may result in immediate account closure and further action:

• Fraud and forgery — including the use of false identities, forged documents, or another person's personal information.
• Money laundering — using the nakcuci platform to process funds from illegal sources.
• Use of automation software — including bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion — colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Bug exploitation — deliberately exploiting technical errors on the platform to obtain unauthorized gains.
• Using a VPN to bypass restrictions — using a virtual private network to access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Hacking attempts — any attempt to gain unauthorized access to nakcuci systems or disrupt platform operations.

10Account Closure & Suspension

Nakcuci reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that the member does not meet the required eligibility criteria.
• Activities showing signs of fraud, collusion, or system exploitation.
• Request by the member themselves to close their account.

Members who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the nakcuci support team. Valid balances will be returned after the verification process, provided there are no bonus balances with outstanding wagering requirements.

In cases of closure due to a violation, nakcuci reserves the right to forfeit all balances — including cash and bonuses — without any refund to the members involved.

11Disclaimer of Liability

Nakcuci provides this platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we make no guarantee that:
